Reduced Balsamic Vinaigrette £9.95 Intense Balsamic flavour combined with virgin olive oil makes this indulgent vinaigrette ideal for Tuna Nicoise, greek mezze, or Tomato Mozzerella & Basil. Use as a marinade for lamb, duck, steak & poultry or stir through freshly steamed green vegetables.

Oil free Balsamic Dressing BEST SELLER £6.95 Our concentrated oil free dressing is incredibly versitile, with a huge fan base. Ideal with all salads, chicken, steak, cheese, smoked salmon, pasta, tomato dishes, bolognaise, casseroles, or caramelising vegetables in the oven.

Sugar free Lime & Coriander Dressing £5.95 In complete contrast to the current range, this beautifully sharp, fresh tasting dressing is also a superb marinade for chicken, fish & prawns. Alternatively, drizzle over fried halloumi cheese, scallops or a new potato salad.

Honey & Mustard Dressing £3.95 This versatile dressing comes from an old family recipe. It is Gilly's original product, still extremely popular today. Excellent over salad, cold meat, baked potato, avocado, chicken & quiche. It's creamy consistency makes a lovely mayonnaise substitute.

Ginger & Honey Marinade £4.95 Designed around salmon & tuna fish, we combined traditional chinese flavours to create this smooth marinade. Use in stir fry's, as a cooking sauce, ketchup or a delicious baste-hand rub into any fish meat or vegetable bound for the grill, oven or barbeque.

Chilli & Ginger Marinade £4.95 As above, but with a subtle kick. Especially tasty in stir fry's or anything cooked on an open flame.

Please note Gilly's is closed for annual leave Christmas to Easter annually, this includes our mail order service. This year, these dates are Monday 21st December 2009 - Monday 29th March 2010.
